This weekend I will be chatting with Brian Rathbone from Podioracket about The Spiral Tattoo. The interview should go up in the next Podioracket podcast. I am both nervous and excited about being interviewed, as this will be my first one. Hopefully it won’t be my last. 🙂Check it out when it hits the Interweb! 🙂
And check out Brian’s books available in multiple formats…

Simple Things: Itunes Pleasure
There are numerous things that bring one pleasure, and sometimes it is the simplest things that bring you the most pleasure. For example spotting your title in Itunes. That means more exposure, more downloads, and hopefully more people enjoying the story. 🙂

The Recording Studio
I thought that listeners might like to see our recording studio. As you can see we are quite a professional outfit 🙂
As you can see we record in the wardrobe… Using blankets for sound dampening, and a digital Dictaphone… One day I dream of having a top notch microphone and a spare room, where I can really set up a better booth… -
The Spiral Tattoo: Episode Four
Gurt and Fursk chat with Sapphire’s mother, before heading home. Gurt is unable to sleep and heads to his favourite bar.

What A Rush
It’s been quite a ride so far this podcasting business… I think it’s rather exciting to think that people are listening to your writing, and hopefully enjoying it. 🙂
It’s probably a little neurotic, but watching the statistics for downloads is really exciting. Especially seeing all the different locations around the world where my story now sits on some bodies computer, or MP3 player.
I got a real buzz when we went over 1,000 downloads. It’s not a great deal in the scheme of the things, but it felt good. Especially as it happened in day two of release.
What a rush!
